Arrive Early & Meet Your Coach
We want to get to know you. Your goals and your comfort level. Arrive to your first class at least 5 minutes early so our trainers can greet you and help you feel at home. This extra time also gives us a chance to walk you through the workout and answer any question you have.

Have Fun & Crush Your Workout
Your first class is all about moving, sweating and seeing what Verve is all about. You’ll enjoy a 45-minute coach-led workout, music, encouragement all around you. Our community is here to cheer you on, no matter your fitness level. You’ll leave feeling energized, accomplished, and ready for more.

We train people how to safely and effectively workout with resistance tempo training to improve their health and fitness(all while having fun during the process). The program that we have created at Verve is for YOU!! We have created a program that honors your current fitness level while also showing you a path to get to that next level and beyond.
